Before we start on your project, we want to know about you and your business. We want to form a personal relationship with each client because both the client and their project are unique to us. You came to us to make your business successful and we'll do just that and more. "When you look good, we look good."
Creating the plan
When we start on a project, we need to know where your business stands. We will ask to see your business's current website, logo, any print ads, etc. Then we create a plan for you that will help you get your business to your "Point B" and beyond. As with any new relationship, it may take some "give and takes" to make sure both sides are happy with the plan.
Going above and beyond
The suggested plan is our way to help you "future-proof" your business. This can include several areas of improvement in web design, content management, web development, graphic design, social media, mobile and tablet marketing, and more. Also, added in our suggested plan are unique ideas that go beyond the common marketing strategies that could help your business grow.
Laying out the foundation
Just like building a new house, we need to draw up the "blue-prints" of your website. This is what we call a "wireframe." A wireframe is a web layout suggestion made with using grey boxes and text to give you an idea where our Interactive Art Director would like to place things on your website. For example, where your logo, navigation bar, search box, and slideshow will be placed. Don't worry if you don't like what you see on the first pass. This is just a suggestion and we'll work with you to get it right.
Our designers will make it look good
Now for the fun part. Our team of designers will take the approved "wireframes" and make a design out of it. Once it has been approved by both our Interactive Art Director and President, we pass the mock ups to you for approval. We do our best to get it perfect on the first pass and hopefully get you to say "wow."
Our developers will make it come to life
Once you have given full approval to the design mock ups, they are passed on to our web developers to start making your new website functional. We use a tool called mojoPortal and code your new website inside of it. mojoPortal is a CMS (Content Management System) that is very easy to use and requires little to no training.
New website, meet your new owner
After the website has been coded, it is now ready for you. One of our staff members will schedule a training session with you so you may learn how to use the mojoPortal CMS. This is when you will be able to start playing around with your site by adding, editing, or deleting content on your own.

If you ever encounter any bugs or problems with your new website, we'll fix it free-of-charge*. (*This only includes website bugs that have been occurring since launch day.
