Web Design Philosophy

A Website is a lot more than just something a business must have these days. If your Website looks like someone else's Website, you are losing out. Period. Think about it for a minute, if you were to purchase an ad in a magazine or newspaper and you just copied someone else's ad and changed the contact information, would you get anywhere with the ad? Probably not. Your ad should be unique, functional and it should portray your business. We take this same approach to Website design, while there are thousands of Websites which contain millions of free Website templates, do you really want your Website to look just like your competitors'? Oh, and one more thing, we do not charge per page because you shouldn't have to decide how many pages you are going to have just to fit into your budget.

Browser Compatibility

What good is a website if it can't be browsed by everyone? All of our design and skinning work is thoroughly tested in every major browser. Can this be difficult? You bet it can, but we believe that the web should be usable by everyone, not just those that use a particular browser. Additionally, we can't stand those messages stating "This site is best browsed using..." so we make sure that you never have to use one of those silly disclaimers.

Web Design Pricing

The cost of website design varies rather drastically. Considering all Websites should not be created the same (see above), we will prepare a formal project outline before official work begins. This outline will help us determine how many hours it will take to develop your site. It will also help us understand your business. Preparation of the the outline takes between 2-4 hours and we usually meet our clients in person or over the phone if we can't meet in person (i.e., you're across the globe from us). This meeting usually takes an hour and we do not charge you for it. We do not charge for the preparation of the outline and it is yours to keep, even if you decide not to use our services.
